Shared with the boys at BBT 11/2021. Quite dry, with med-light sourness, light tartness. Light sweetness, hints of bitterness. The apple character here is not quite like anything else I tasted in ciders elsewhere. It got a bit of Spain-like funk, but also a bit of flowery wine-like aromatics. Moreish, easy drinking. Very tasty, very good.

Aroma: dry apple, spicy, sourish lactobacillus like. Taste: dry apple, lacto like sourush, sweety and sour notes. Tasty, interesting, really good.

Glass by bottle @ Holm Cider in Copenhagen. Unclear pale yellow golden body with a small white head. Aroma has light, clean apple with a floral touch and hint of acidic lemon. Taste is mild crisp green apple, hint of lemon, flowers and slightly funky. Light bodied and relatively short in aftertaste. Nice, refreshing aperitif style cider.

At Taphouse.Hazy yellow colour with no head.Aroma of apples and spices bit also like vegetables dry with note of apple skin nice and fruity.

(Bottle, 0.75 l - BBE 2030, from Alko, 20210409) The cider poured deep red and lightly hazy. Its head was small and pink. Aroma had cherries, sourness, apples and tartness. Palate was medium bodied and quite dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were sourness, cherries, tartness, apples and hints of cinnamon. Aftertaste was dry and mildly sour. A quite pleasant blend of apples and cherries.

ABV: 5.9%. Clear medium yellow orange yellow colour with a small, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, apple, citrus, apple core, light funk. Flavor is moderate sweet, light acidic and bitter with a average to long duration, apples, tart, dry apple, sour, hoppy, citric, dry, light funky. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20191219]
