Moderately hazed golden to copper with little in the way of a head.
Nose is green berry, light funk, apple skins, tarte fruit, herb.
Taste comprises funky apple, vinous, prickly pear, greengage, herb, hedgerow.
Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation, semi drying close.
Good flavoursome drop ... surprised by some of the stingy scores dolled out.

750ml bottle from Goblin Wines, Marrickville. Pours a red colour with a short-lived white foam head. Nose of red grape, apple, fruit. Taste is tangy, tart, appley, fruity, grapey, with alittle funk and some drying acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tangy tart fruity finish. Quite drinkable.

750ml bottle from Goblin Wines, Marrickville. Opened with a loud pop. Cloudy orangey gold colour, short-lived foamy head and aroma of sour fruit, plum, apple. Taste is tart, tangy, appley, plummy, with some slick funk and drying acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, tart soured acidic finish. Quite drinkable.

Taste is tart, tangy, appley, fleshy fruits, some acetic funky hints and drying acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tart funky acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is sourish, appley, stone fruity, fleshy, with some tangy funky notes, drying acidity and alittle tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry soured tart acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.

750ml bottle from Goblin Wines, Marrickville. 2021 Vintage. Hazed yellowy golden colour, foamy white head and aroma of apple, tropical, citrus, floral resiny hops. Taste is tart, tangy, apple, grapefruit, citrusy, with hops, some bitter tannin and acidity. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, dry zesty fruity hoppy acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.

(Bottle, 7.0%) Pale golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with notes of yellow apples, hay, herbs, citrus, yeast and wood. Fruity, tart taste with yellow apples, citrus, hay, funky yeast, wood and a tart and dry finish. More than medium body, quite dry. Tasty and refreshing, with a slightly funky acidity. Nice one.

(Bottle, vintage 2019, 7.5%) Pale golden colour with big, but brief, foamy white head. Fruity nose with notes of apples, citrus, hay, stone fruit and a touch of yeast. Fruity, tart taste with winter apples, citrus, lemon peel, hay, herbs and a touch of yeast. Medium body, dry. Generous, slightly harsh, acidity. Refreshing. Nice one.
