Pale orange pink. Small head fades to zilch. Cherry pear and pineapple aroma. Good carb but very chalky. Sweet and sour cherry and apple. Bit too sour.

Bottle at Olbutikken. Very nice. Aroma is oaky, funky, leather, berries, grain. Taste is good, initial tartness, oaky creaminess, bit citrussy, bit funky, lovely. Light and easy drinking.

Keg at Craft. Cloudy pale yellow colour with small thin white head. Looks exactly how you would expect a saison to look. Aroma is slightly herbal, bit spicy, lots of yeast and a bit of funk too. Also peach and mango. Very fruity. Taste adds a touch of bubblegum, bit of citrus. Nice and crisp with a lovely mild hoppy bitterness. Something else in there too, which after reading the description must be the special ingredients. Very nice.

On tap at Craft. Beautiful smell, bubblegum, mango or tropical chewits. Looks very appealing too. Pale yellow with a small consistent head right the way down the glass. Taste is similar to the aroma. Brings back memories of childhood sweets and also gives plenty of hints of fruit, pineapple, mango, bit of tangerine and even a quick hint of cherry, but some cherry flavoured sweet rather than the actual fruit. Little bit of hoppiness but so drinkable.

Draft at Craft. Strange but delicious. Aroma is really distinctive but difficult to pin down. Bit of a wet dog smell, but strangely enticing. Pale yellow colour with a small but consistent and long lasting white head. Taste gave sour cream and chive kettle chips or maybe something cheesy. Very strange. Only really got the bitterness at the end. Medium bodied, but could not really taste the alcohol. Very dangerous given the strength. Totally different experience to the other reviews on here by the look of it, but one that I am very keen to try again as soon as possible.

On draft at Craft. Very dark amber colour with a small slightly frothy head. Aroma is full-on smokiness. Made me think of smoked cheese or sausage as well as the obligatory bacon. Taste much the same. Slight bitterness sneaks past the smoke occasionally, but pretty much all about smoke. Nice, but one in a sitting is probably enough.

Draught at Craft. Light yellow with medium white head. Very translucent. Aroma is that typical Orval brett. smell but a bit more herbal. Difficult not to compare it to Orval. Quite thin in the mouth and quite fizzy. Starts more exciting than it continues. Taste is quite herbal. Has the bitterness and sourness of an aged Orval but without the body. Probably should have had an Orva instead, but is an interesting comparison.

Keg at Craft. Black with small beige head. Aroma is very much coffee, dark malts, oaty and boozy. Taste a a touch bitter and has a little bit of coffee liqueur about it with milky/creamy coffee elements too. Has a nice liveliness in the mouth, and a lovely bitter finish.

Keg at Craft. Black with a small beige head. As Petter said, 'tastes like Christmas'. Lovely aroma or liquourice, honey, spiced dried fruit, burnt sugar, and bit of bread. Quite an oaty taste and slightly oily in the mouth. Nice fizzy finish. Great stuff.

Keg at Craft. Dark brown coloured with small beige/off white head. Aroma is bready, bit of peach nectar, yeast and herby. Quiet sharp aroma. Taste is fruity and vinous. Quite jammy towards the end. Very sweet finish. Definite sponge cake elements! Full bodied, and very nice.
