Description

Can. Clear ruby, small head. Sour grains, soft grapes, sweet berries, wheat, light herbal. Indeed like a mix between wine and Berliner, but quite boand ones... Medium sour, light sweet. Over light bodied.

Men gott

Pours unclear blonde. No real head. Scent is wheat, full, biscuity, bit floral. Taste is full , bananaa, sweet, bit rubber. Loads of wheat, more banana towards the end. OK, sharp acidic back. Not my favorite combo.

On tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Cracker malts and crisp dry grass on the nose. Flavour has soft cracker malts and dry grassy hops. Very nice break from lambic.

On tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, pours a mostly clear blonde with a medium white head. Aroma has plenty of oak, herbal and grassy hops, and fresh straw — that’s a pretty fragrant pils. Flavour is fresh and bright, with tons of grassy hops, herbal notes, straw, and a touch of oak. Grassy, bright and bitter finish. Excellent pils.

On tap at Cantillon for Quintessence 2025, pours a hazy golden, tiny head. Aroma is pretty awful, with fart-like funk, weird rotting herbal notes, ugh. Flavour is less vile, but still not pleasant, with tons of clove, banana ester, and farty funk to ruin the hef. This is pretty bad.
