Lovely, rich, spicy hop and a backing of elegant, rich, honey-like malt. Bit of musty/cellar-like, heirloom yeast and you can call it a day. We're done, folks: Halfway Crooks absolutely destroys it, as usual.
Rich malts that dry out perfectly. Undercurrent of interesting yeast and a bevy of complex hop notes from spicy, to floral, to fruity, to herbal. Some light pencil shavings, biscuit, more rich honey...really just a study in complex yeast and hop interaction. All while being incredibly flavorful and balanced. Man, have I missed these guys! Hope Half Time keeps getting more.

Very good IPA, a great West Coast-style beer made in Atlanta, with a modest grapefruit-orange sweetness laced with tropical notes followed by a firm pine bitterness and a slight mineral-floral flourish on the back end. Tasty as hell.

Canned 4/13/26, drunk 7/4/26.
Fruity with a good mix of tropical and citrus hop. Ample malt to balance. No pine/resin nor caramel. Clean and bright, balanced and aromatic.
Same in mouth. Nicely malty but with fruity, zesty hops adding gentle bitterness. Good attenuation with some cracker and honey lingering. No frills but impeccable as HC is wont to be.

Pour is a clear golden with a large white head. Aroma is a nice wet dough malt with some hops in the backround. Flavor is a nice clean and crisp pils malt and again some minor spicy hops bring up the rear. This was a well made and tasty pils.

Potpourri florals on the nose, and that vibe stays pretty true all the way through. Pours dark golden, slightly hazy, with pretty good pillow of head. Light sweet finish and a hint of barky astringency. Plenty of clove. Tap at Sovereign.

Draft at Spacebar. Poured a slightly hazy golden yellow color with a medium white head. Aroma was peppery, with some earthy character. Crisp, with some light body to it. Enjoyable.

16 oz. can, thanks, Timmy! Pours a clear, bubbly, straw color, with a big, foamy, white head. The aroma is grassy hops, coriander, rose, and light resin. Fairly dry and musty, with a mellow, grassy bitterness. Light and hard. Quality and aggressive.

Brown sugar, toffee, cloves, cardamom, and beautiful bready yeast. Sweet and malty, with a mellow, leathery bitterness. Medium to heavy body, syrupy, and dusty. Nice, balanced, and complex.

Sampled from the tap at The Sovereign. Pours a clear straw yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has straw and grains with growing hay and a bit of grass underlying. Flavor has a nice straw with a light hay and a bit of herbal grass supporting.
