Great woody brett nose. The beer starts fresh and dry. Very dry with woody hints. The wood is there, nice in the back, the body is light but refreshing. Horse-blanket, mild wood. Nice funky dry aftertaste with hints of grain and a nice dry woody brett-typical aroma. But not as round or woody as the American Oak version. Nice though.

Smooth fresh beginning .Funk with oak, but a bit more mellow and "warmer" than the French Oak. Smooth, great funky. Due to the more intense wood aroma here, the funkiness seems to be a bit higher. Refreshing and very dry, the beer is smooth and very easy to drink, seems to be a bit more "round" than the part matured over French Oak. Nice and full-woody aftertaste.

Fresh and funky in the beginning. Moder smooth than the French Oak, but not as woody as the American Oak. A bit mild-woody, horse blanket but not too much funk. Mild and very dry, round and refreshing. Nice and interesting though, but the wood is not too intense.

75cl bottle from Delhaize Bruges. Pours clear gold, thin persistent white head. Aroma of deep, caramelised apple fruit. Taste of stewed apples, caramelised, hints of cinnamon and brown sugar with a fair sweetness. Didn’t mind this, fairly fruity, perhaps a bit too much caramel sweetness. S’alright.

33cl can from Delhaize (what did you expect?), with 4,4% ABV. Pours clear and pale golden with a thinning, white head. The aroma contains maize, malt, grass and hops. It tastes light sweet and light bitter with a short, grassy finish. Light body, thin texture, fizzy carbonation. Not detestable.
