(bottle) Poured clear mahogany with slight off-white head. Lovely sweet candy aroma with floral notes. Light body and good fine carbonation. Flavour is mainly a moderately sweet maltiness with a bit of fruity tang at the start and some bitterness in the finish. Overall, a pleasant well-rounded beer but with not a lot to remark about it.

From a 330ml bottle on 18/12/2011. Pours a fairly clear yellow with a tiny head that disappears instantly. Has a moderate wit aroma of banana, spices and bubblegum, which also translates to the flavour. Let down badly by the palate, which is thin, watery and under carbonated.

Bottled@Man In The Moon, Stockholm. Copper colour, small beige head. ARoma is fruits, sweet malts, mild raisins as well as some mild plum and hops. Flavour is rather hoppy with some sweet malts and raisins. Pleasantly balanced. A year or so after BBE, but it’s aged rather beautifully and especially in the flavour the hops are still alive.
