Tap at Peders Turns 8 - Vol 1, Copenhagen 06/12/2024 Punchy juicy fruity with lots of papaya and mango, pomelo, orange and some nice mosaic induced blueberry accents chiming in, sitting upon a sweet soft creamy malty backbone, with a balanced bitter assertive hoppy finish. Lovely.

Can: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a large dark brown foamy head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of floral coffee notes with some chocolate malt notes and light residual sugar notes. Taste is also a good mix of floral coffee notes with some chocolate malt notes and some residual sugar notes. Body is about average with good carbonation with no discernible alcohol notes.Good coffee stout without being overly sweet.

O:7.17 V:4.8 G:6.17 C:3.79 G:13.06 T:34.99

A hazed turbid milky orange ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, light tropical fruits, light citrus pulp, nice and smooth. In mouth, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light dank notes, light oxidation, pleasant. On tap at Cheshire Cat.
