Aug. 2020: 330 ml clear bottle, from Vinmonopolet Lyngdal. ABV is 6%. Golden to rosé colour, pours sparkling with a shortlived white head. Fresh aroma and flavour of various apple varieties, moderately sweet, a hint of sulphites. Nice one.

Gyllen brun med bobler og hvitt skum. Lukter eple og litt gjær. Relativt fizzy i munnfølelse, helt ok.

On tap at Capitol Cider, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out barnyard funk, crisp apple skins, champagne-like effervescence. Flavour is fairly dry, with champagne-like effervescence, gentle funk, crisp apple skins, and a touch of residual sweetness. Not the most complex or funk French cider but it's pretty solid.

Backlog June 2018. Clear golden body under a small white head. Nice, clean apple aroma. Taste is soft, smooth apple, pretty clean flavor. Medium body and same aftertaste. Nothing special going on really, but a fine, honest apple cider with a god balance between sweetness and mild bitterness.

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Clear sparkling pink. Intense aroma of spicy red apples. Dryish with medium body and well rounded, sparkling mouthfeel. Concentrated apples, spicy hay. Mild apple skin bitterness. Elegant & classy.

ABV: 6.0%. ✅ Clear light to medium red - yellow orange colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly to fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate light heavy apple, apple skin, red apples, sweet apple, rosehip notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, apple, apple skin, red apples, swwr apples, dry, refreshing. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20210530]

Bottle shared with JMD on board Fridtjofen 23.03.20. Superb aroma and taste of wild apples, sweet apples, apple peel, cinnamon, cedar tree and leather as well as cardamom in aftertaste.

Pga Coronakrisen kommer naturligvis Mi2 ikke på tale, men MobpF (Mandag om bord på Fridtjofen) er et godt alternativ. 0,33 flaske fra den statlige profylakseleverandøren i Straensenteret, delt med skibsrederen: klar gylden med fint skum. Usedvanlig delikat duft og smak med kanel, lær, modne vinterepler og et forsiktig streif av kardemomme og krydderkake. Delikat eplesødme. Raffinert ganglag for sarte sjeler.
