Tap at Harenohi, my second time here on a normal day and it has become a restaurant with a decent beer list but iffy service and just no knowledgeable staff. Shame. I paired this with the harenohi Gyoza. I kind of got annoyed as I needed to argue to sit at a table when the whole fucking place was empty - that is bullshit. Pretty brow red in color with a sense off-white head and a pleasing peppery, pixie sticks and papaya. The taste is bready, a bit sweet then Belgian. Superbly balanced and it hides that 6.5% well. Deftly done.

Bottle shared in Keystone to honour the Duke! Pours hazy yellow-gold with a frothy, white head. Saison yeast on the nose, doughy wheat bread, white grape. Medium sweet flavour with white sugar, a little lemkbyvtartness, more doughy wheat bread, pale grains. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Sweet finish, with lots of saison yeast character, a little bitter hay, lemon rind, more wheat bread. Good stuff.

Hazy blond color. Delicate citrusy aroma. Dry mouthfeel, crisp flavor, nice lemon peel and yuzu, although it may be a bit pithy. Good.

Hazy pink-red color. The raspberry is evident, the acidity is mild, it's a bit wheaty.
Pleasant.
