Bottle (from finest belgian beers). Pours dark golden with whiteish head. The head stays for a long time. Aroma is fruity, citrus, sweetness, apples, malt. Flavor is sweet and bitter, fresh fruits, citrus, apples, malt, yeast. Finish is fruity bitter with some booze kick. Overall: westmalle tirpel it is not, but it is a decent tripel.

Bottle @ La Boticella, Roma. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are lots of eucalyptus, fruits, yeast, malt, flowers and hops. A bit odd with so much eucalyptus.

BOTTLE 33 CL. Hazy golden. Fruity and spicy aroma, like cardamom. Peppery alcohol. Similar taste. Medium sweet and, spiced apple pie. More like a spiced Christmas beer than a Tripel. Interesting.

330ml bottle. Unclear amber with a big, dense off-white head. Quite strong and distinct spicy aroma of eucalyptus but also spices like thyme, rosemary and herbs. Flavor is sweet with pale malt, white sugar, spices and herbs like aroma, hint of caramel and brown sugar. Medium body and decent aftertaste. Quite nice, a bit original as a Trappist with these kind of flavors, on the other hand it should be natural for a monastery. Getting familiar with the flavors I enjoyed this one quite well. Interesting and pleasant, as I like to use this kinds of herbs by myself.

Hazy, orange brown beer with long lasting white head. Aroma has lot of spices, some fruits, flowers and caramel malts. Strong and nice aroma overall. Taste has spices, even christmas feeling, sweet caramel, Belgium yeast and fruits. Eucalyptus does also exist. Medium body and carbonation. Nice beer and good balance. I didn’t know about Trappist beforehand, but this is nice addition to Trappist family.
