Growler shared by BeerandBlues2, filled 1/14, opened 1/15. Thanks! Pours a murky orange color with a thin head. Decent head retention and lacing. Aroma of big citrus, some mango, sugary notes, faint bready malts. The taste is elementary school fruit cocktail, pineapple, peaches, cherries, mango. Bready notes and a peppery finish. Medium bodied. Good, but a little too much on the sweet side.

Growler pour. Looks horrendous, like iced tea. Zero head, muddy looking body. Big citrus nose, oranges, tropical fruits, lime zest. Flavor is kinda blah, some orange zest, lemon juice, dough, tropical fruits, pineapple. The malt backbone is missing. Tastes like fruity iced tea.7-2-5-2-10******************Re-rate from a 4oz pour at the Lupulin Reunuless at RFD DC. Pours a hazy copper amber with a creamy white head. Nice, hoppy aroma, C hops, orange zest, pine, light malt, lightly metallic. A little maple in the flavor, zesty hops, sweet caramel, oranges, grapefruit, pine. Finish is a little creamy, zesty and refreshing. 7-4-8-4-14

On tap at the brewpub. Waitress said cask, and I trust her. Body was cloudy medium-amber, small lasting white head. Aroma was citrus pines, sweetness. Flavor was pine, grapefruit. This one was pretty good even though I had a heck of a time trying to order this one without turning into an Abbott and Costello bit.

On tap at the brewpub. Poured an amber color with a medium-small white head. Aroma was heavy on the orange, sweet notes, touch of bitter citrus. Flavor was orange, creamy notes of oranges, floral notes of the bitter hops helped seal the deal on this one.

On tap at the brewpub (also had cask). Pitch black pour with extremely creamy head. The beer’s appearance really reminded me of Guinness. Flavor had notes of chocolate, dark malts, and what I can only describe as lactose (probably just the creamy character). Taste was not overpowering and the alcohol content wasn’t front and center so it was really nice.

On tap at the brewpub. Aroma was very subtle when I first smelled this one. Good malty character. Touch of fruit, sweetness. Flavor had a solid bitter finish to it.

On tap at the brewpub. Poured a dark copper color, orange notes, small white head. Spices are noticeable, pumpkin is there - but subtle. Flavor was incredibly spicy, notes of nutmeg, clove, ginger, a lot more "pumpkin pie" then pumpkin. There was a lot going on with this particular pumpkin beer - and that’s a good thing.
