16oz pour at Paradiso Georgetown. Pours a hazy, caramel amber, with some creamy, lacing, white head. Nose is light pepper, some bread crust, a little orange, some soap. Flavor is sweet, malty, orange, a little star fruit, some lime, a little pithy, some soap. Clean, slightly metallic finish.

Draft on launch day at Meridian Pint. Cloudy brown color, off white head. Aroma of stone fruit and toasted caramel. Taste is peppery toasted brown bread with a nice rye spiciness. Tasty.

On tap at Meridian Pint, brewery release day. Welcome to the neighborhood! Poured a pretty hazy, orange-copper color, wispy head. Aroma was actually pretty light, not much there beyond light malts and some light hops. Flavor was light bready malt. Pretty sessionable.

Draft at Meridian Pint, brewery release day. Welcome to the neighborhood! This one poured a transparent ruby color, with a small head. Pretty decent lacing on the glass. The aroma is a nice malted one, with a note of black pepper and spices. Flavor is distinctively rye, with notes of cracked pepper and a nice citrus finish.
