28/6/2023. Bottle courtesy of Mia’s Nigerian adventure. Pours clear golden with a short lasting frothy white head. Aroma of malt, stewed fruits, grain, caramel, slight veggie edge. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness with better balance than other Nigerian lagers I’ve tried. Moderate body, oily, average carbonation. Not bad.

Six pack at Foodmaxx in Harrisonburg VA: Thick walled green bottle: Honey, grain, grass nose. Crystal clear amber, medium firm head. Honey, bread, somewhat tart overall. Light body, easy carbonation. I would drink this way before American macros.

Bottle shared in London - picked up in Hackney. Pours clear honey-gold with a creamy white topping. Light sweet flavour with some papery notes, crisp pale grains, hay. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with more crispy pale grains, some husky bitterness. So so.

Bottle at DC Ratebeer share. Poured a clear yellow color with a large-sized, fizzy white head. Lots of corn, with unpleasant grassy notes. Wet cardboard, bitter.
