Lable says Lente 1. Unclear medium golden colour, lot of tiny bubbles, large frothy off-white head, half-way lasting, light lacing. Sweet malt aroma, grain, caramel, vegetables, bit dusty, citrus. Taste medium sweet, light bitter, yeasty, fruity notes. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation, dry medium bitter finish, malty and spicy notes, bit woody. A decent blond beer, tasty and quaffable.

33cl Bottle from De Bierkoning. Dark brown colour, beige head. Aroma of chocolate, dark fruits, red wine, alcohol, dark malts, wood. Flavour of red wine, alcohol, chocolate, dark fruits, alcoholic malty bitter finish. Light to medium bodied, fizzy. Not as creamy as I’m used to from De Schans, but tasty nevertheless.

33cl bottle from the BierKoning. Gusher! Thcik off white head. Cloudy amber pour. A decent enough beer but I marked it down for the gushing. I prefer to drink beer, not mop up after it....
