Bottle: Poured a golden color Lambic with a medium size head with OK retention and light lacing. Aroma of Tart notes with some funky esther and sweet beet notes. Taste is a mix of tart notes with some funky esther and some clearly identifiable beet sweet notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable and interesting Lambic but not sure beet is the best ingredient to match the flavours of Lambic.

Incredible. The interplay of Cognac barrel and Gueuze is extraordinary. Pure elegance, but more than that, just so bloody drinkable! Lovely. My friend left a box of beer outside and luckily the temp was perfect for serving.

Shared with Caesar and ShivanDragon @ Mancave Bunnik. Bright dark pink to reddish color, small white head. Beautiful raspberry aroma. Flavor is similar: very smooth, soft, balanced raspberry flavor, light barnyard, softly sourish. Very good. Absolutely delicious.

Draft at De Hoppenaar. Color: Dark, lightly purplish, red, pink head. Aroma: Cherry, a lot of vanilla. Taste: More vanilla than cherry. Vanilla bean. Sweetish with a tart backbone. Hints of Bourbon, but mostly vanilla bean. Some oak wood and funky hints. Too much vanilla for me.

Draft @ Boerenerf, Toer de Geuze 2026. Quelle misère pour avoir un verre lors de cette journée en marge du Toe de Geuze - gestion des files horribles, 45min pour ce verre de 15cl - et le lieu le plus cher de la journée ...
Couleur pourpre, pas de col.
Arôme est frais bien sur la cerise avec une vanille tout autant présente et plaisante - à aucun moment cela passe comme surfait. Délicat floral de la cerise avec léger côté boisé. Le tout respire quand même pas mal la cerise.
Palais est bien marqué sur la cerise avec une balance de vanille en support qui apporte une bonne buvabilité au côté fruité aigre de la cerise sans pour cela devenir trop sucré. Petite touche de 'candy cerise' en retrait sur le médicinal.

Pours clear amberred. Scent is beautifully balanced, red fruityness pops, but becomes something unique. Taste is full, malty lambic, low acidity. Fruityness very present. Lacks some carbonation to me, it'd lift up the mouthfeel as well as the taste perception.

Pours bit unclear blonde. Smell is quite pronounced, i'm guessing sage... :) I'd call it herbalm, not being all to familiar with sage myself. Taste is sharp, tart, very herbal (sage) , works well in terms of balance and harmony.
