Aus der Flasche (bottled 26.03.2025/bbe 26.03.204) im 2026-07 getrunken. Dieses trübe Ale kommt mit deutlichen hellen Kernfruchtnoten daher. Die Säure ist schon kräftig, aber gewöhnt sich daran. Die Nase ist sauber ohne Farmhouse Noten. Ein schönes Sommerbier!

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy bright golden orange with a medium-high white head. Aroma explodes with horse blanket, barnyard funk, and soft sherry barrel notes. Flavour is much more driven by the sherry barrels, with a solid funky character, a touch of lemon, light tartness. Smells like a gueuze, tastes more like a sherry BA wild ale. Excellent.

750mL bottle. Pours a slightly hazy gold with an off-white head. Musty old upholstery, mildew, and sherry barrel character on the nose. Flavour has a nice sherry barrel supporting a really nice musty old funk, mildew, citrus peels. This is fantastic.

On tap at La Binouze, Paris. Shared with petit Dina. Unclear golde to copper, minimal head. Aroma is fresh apricot first, hints of lemon and white vinegar. After awhile apricot jam, white grapes and vinous notes. Hints of black pepper. Moderate to intense sourness, sour apricot, orange and lemon. Smooth, soft texture, slightly creamy, soft carbonation, no astringency, dry tart finish.
