This might be suffering by conparison as I was drinking La Trappe tripel just prior to this, but it doesn't blow me away. Has some nice light malts, some milk cream and citrus flavours, but finishes with a bitterness that doesn't do it any favours.

Kind of an odd initial trash smell. The beer is good other than that but a strange initial aroma that pops up. Black pour without much head. Lots of caramel. Raw grain bitterness in finish with some unfermented sugar. Tap at Curious

(Bottle sample @ Witchstock 2018, Toronto, Sept 29/18) Pours hazy dark amber with an off-white head. Notes of rich caramel malts with ample stone fruit, especially peach, punchy wine vinegar, berries, toasty wood, some soft citrus fruit, butterscotch/vanilla richness, bourbon coming up from beneath, funky hay Brett is subtle but present, hints of spice joining in for the long, woody fruity finish that conveys bourbon warmth and vanilla long into the aftertaste. Medium-bodied, with smooth effervescent carbonation. Superb, a whole melange of flavours going on here but the blending into a cohesive whole is impressive.

Aus der sehr stylischer Traktor-Dose. Optisch sehr helles Gold, in der Nase Getreide, Haferflocken. Im Trunk crispy, getreidig, leicht bitter, erfrischend. Passt.

Can @ Caesars Mancave. Hazy yellow to orange color, huge foamy bubbly white head. Smell and taste malts, hops, a bit grassy and hayish, decent to medium bitter. Decent body and decent carbonation. Ok.

Nice to see this style of Finnish beer. Pours a hazy amber colour with golden highlights. The frothy head is pretty white with decent retention and some foamy lacing. Banana aromas over sweet caramel malts, light spices and hints of berries. Pretty much like a Hefeweizen so far. The taste is similar as well, but the juniper seems to show up a little bit more. Still, very mild and wish this would be stronger in this one - as love this in gin. It is pretty nice to have this... like a Hefe but not as rich, and with hints of berries.

Bottle from the LCBO. Pinkish amber under a one finger lingering pinkish white head. Nose has grains, coriander, berries, light yeast and light hibiscus. Light sweet berries with a light berry and lemon tartness and a light grassy bitterness. Mouth is medium- with average carbonation. 7/3+/7/3/14+

Pink purple rather clear with white head that dissipated rather quickly. Light flavour of mildly sweet malt, yeasty palette, with berries, perfume, watery citrus. A mild beer, but not what I'd call thin. Fairly quaffible, but with a dangerous unexpected 6.9%.

473ml can. Pours a hazy orange-yellow with lots of particles in suspension and a large, frothy, long lasting, ecru head that leaves plenty of lace. Sweet aroma of grainy pale malt, pineapple, mango, orange, tangerine, floral and piney hops. Sweet fruity flavour of biscuit malt, caramel, orange peel, tangerine, grapefruit, mango, pineapple, apricot and peach with a dry, bitter, piney hop finish. Medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. Tasty.
