Backlog. Deep amber colour with a mediumsized foamy head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is honey, some toasted malts, caramel, mild spicy tones with some wood as well. Flavour is wooden, some caramel, mild biscuity and toffeeish tones with some honey, mild spiciness as well as some toasted sweet malts. Leaves a bit thin as for the palate.

Backlog. SBWF2018. Very deep coppery brown colour with a mediumsized foamy beigeish brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, mild coffee, chocolate, nutty tones with some rye bready and biscuity tones to it. Flavour is mildly ashy, roasted, some coffee, mild chocolate, nuts, some biscuits and a bit earthy elements too.

0,5l on tap @ Mitchell's Scottish Ale House. Pours clear golden with a medium creamy head. Aroma is clean grainy malts. Flavor is clean grainy malts with some hops. Excellent balance. Great.

--Keg at Cattle Baron, Satara, Kruger Park. -- Clear pale golden, small head. Fruity, mildly bready nose. Mid dry with light body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Crisp cereals, mild grass. Low bitterness.

Bottled@SBWF2018. Golden clour with a small white head. Aroma is malts, grains and some alcohol sweetness. Flavour is sweet malts, grains, some herbs as well as some alcohol sweetness. Not that much bitterness to it.

Fra fat på Mitchell's (V&A Waterfront), første kveld i Cape Town feb-20: klar gylden med fint skum som varer. Urter, honning og våt barskog. God fylde og fin bitterhet. Moreish.

Torsdag på Lokomotivværkstedet maj-19: fra flaske hos African Beer-standen. Klar gylden med ok skum. En lys og let drikkelig ipa med mild citrus, hint af fyrrenåle og karamel. Et betimelig hvileøl.

Sample@Copenhagen Beer Festival, KPH Volume (20/04/2019) - pours gold with a white head. Grassy hoppy and sweet pale bready malty notes, grainy, lemon, straw, bitter subdued hoppy finish.
