On tap at Ringnes Brygghus, Oslo. Hazy straw coloured with a modest, white head. Almost intense and candy-like aroma of tropical fruits, reminds me of Malaco tropical fruits candy from way back. Fruity and slightly yeasty with a relative mild bitterness. Fairly enjoyable. --- Beer merged from original tick of Humleprøven #3 on 28 Jun 2019 at 21:39 - Score: 7

Hmm this will be a weird rating. Mostly because it contains a high number, pilsner and the name Ringnes. If someone told me some year ago that I would highly appreciate a pilsner from Ringnes….well I would tell him to have a talk with his doctor. But now…..ok I rest my case. One of the best pilsner I have ever had. I was put on tap the same day as I arrived. Very fresh and tasty stuff. Hazy golden yellow pour with a fine white head that leaves a nice lacing down the sides of the glass. Looks nice and inviting. Pleasant nice aroma also. mellow fine carbonation level and a nice balanced sweetness versus bitterness. Ok tail in the back of my mouth. Semi dry ending. Malty, herbal and mild mellow citric flavor. Excellent refreshing and tasty pilsner! [On tap @ source]
