On tap at Appalachian Vinter. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a strong pine note that is dank with a touch of onion and a bread backbone. Flavor has bitter pine and resin with a growing onion note throw the finish.

On tap @ NoDa with jcnielsen. Pours a hazy reddish brown appearance with a tan head. Pine and chocolate in the nose. Citrusy butter / diacetyl in the flavor. Not heavy but certainly annoying. High bitterness. Pine and herbal hops. Finishes very bitter. Second worst beer here.

On tap @ NoDa with jcnielsen. Pours a hazy dark orange appearance with a cream head. Orange peel, ginger, nutmeg in the nose. Thin. Moderate sweetness. A bit spritzy. Low bitterness. Some caramel and fruit along with whatever soccer concoction they used. Not bad but not worthy of future tastes.

On tap @ NoDa with jcnielsen. Pours a hazy dark golden orange appearance with an off white head. Rye, gummy sweet caramel malt in the aroma. A touch of fruits. Fairly high sweetness and bitterness. Spicy rye and candy flavor with some tropical fruits thrown in. Strong. Disappointing.

On tap @ NoDa with jcnielsen. Pours a hazy dark brown appearance with a light brown head. Licorice, cocoa, and caramel in the nose. Fairly sweet. Lot of coconut (seems like more than the normal release). Dark chocolate. Light to moderate sweetness. Moderate bitterness. Alcohol is pretty well hidden. Decently balanced, but I’m just not too crazy about the flavor.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7

On tap @ NoDa with jcnielsen. Pours a clear, very light peach appearance with a white head. Some stinky socks and berries in the nose. Lactic notes. A touch of vomit if you dig hard enough. Moderately tart. Very refreshing and dry. Blackberries. Very light. Easy to drink but hard to see how folks consider this elite.

6.2
Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 5

On tap @ NoDa with jcnielsen. Pours a touch hazy deep reddish orange appearance with a khaki head. Sure enough there is pumpkin, vanilla, cinnamon, and allspice in the aroma. Sherry / cherry fruit element. Light to moderately spicy. Somewhat sweet. Kind of thin. Moderately to highly boozy. The fruity flavor puts me off a bit. Pretty drinkable but not something I’d order again.
