Bottle at YNWA, Kolding. Black, clear-looking beer with a nice beige head. Roasted malt, chocolate, some rauchbier-like smoke and mocha in the aroma. The flavor is smoked too, sure on the malty side, some roasted malt, and even a little fruityness. The finish is almost missing, meaning it’s weak, with roasted malt, chocolate and sweetness. Medium body. Sure a quaffable beer, easy to down, but if it weren’t for the smoke, it would be just another stout. (080229)

Bottle at YNWA, Kolding. Clear, deep copper-colored body, not much head formation going on. There’s a weak note of vomit in the aroma, but fortunately in the background, it’s mostly bready maltyness and a little hoppy touch. Malt, butterscotch, roasted malt and bread in the flavor, hoppy fruityness only in the finish. Medium to full body in this rather sweet beer on the malty side. A decent, drinkable and boring beer, well suited for a session, but lacks on the hops. (080229)

Bottle at YNWA, Kolding. Pours an almost clear, copper body with a minimal off-white head. Malt, a touch of butterscotch, bready notes and a rather pleasant fruityness in the aroma. Bready malt aroma, some fruityness, but not much bitterness in the flavor. Full body. Sweet, malty finish with some fruityness. Pleasant, drinkable and boring. (080229)

Bottle: Golden, lacing off-white head; fruity (peaches) and hoppy nose; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; grapefruity traces and a good dash of herbal hops in the long lasting fibish. A very pleasant thirst-quencher.....

Light-bitter flavour, light bodied with a soft carbonation. Malty, minimal wheaty taste with rather restrained fruity notes; dry and moderately bitter, slightly fruity (grape fruits) and slightly woody hoppy finish (05.03.08).
