We currently have a 20 barrel Brewhouse, capable of producing 6500 litres of the finest ale each day. With a full range of permanent and seasonal cask beers to suit all tastes, many of them available throughout the year in 500ml and 330ml bottles.

Cask at GBBF 2006. A hazy orange beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet hoppy giving it light notes of grass. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of grass and grapefruit, leading to a nicely bitter end.

A beautifuly clear ruby red , a nicly balanced sweet malt flavour with just a touch of full mouth bitter linger

A nice Raspberry red/ with a touch of raspberry in the nose,. Raspberry comes though nicly with a little bitter in linger

cask at the bow bar ...Deep red coloured ale, with a malty aroma, a deep malt flavour with hints of blackcurrent and chocolate ...4.0 cask at haymarket ... dark brown creamy tan head ... sweet puff candy malt nose ... rich sweet toffee malts again puff candi ...some blackcurrant ... not as nice as i remember 3.7

Ruby in colour, with afruity aroma , and a fruity malt flavour building to a bitter finish. tk2 Winstons Edinburgh Cask ... Ruby ... sweet caramel nose ... goof fruity malt little toffeee some hon in finish but a toffee linger. 2.2->3.4

(Cask at Market Porter, Borough, London, 24 Nov) Black colour with small beige head. Malty, toasted nose with notes of crowberries, blueberries and dark fruit. Malty, slightly roasted taste with wild berries, chocolate, tobacco, nuts and toffee. Smooth body with a velvety mouthfeel. Very tasty and nice porter.

Half pint on gravity served at room temperature and found well kept at The St Albans Beer Festival. Golden body with a low layer of foam. Aroma of citrus and red berries. Moderate fruitiness in taste with hints of strawberries, sweet caramel and malt. Lingering bitter end (27.09.2006).

Cask @ GBBF 2006. Hazy yellow colour with a small white head. Floral hoppy citrus aroma with some hints of elderflower. Sweet malty fruity citrus flavor with elderflower. Dry fruity slightly bitter finish.

Cask at GBBF 2006. Hazy copper, thin off white head. Bit of ginger on aroma. Lovely fruit flavours. Like drinking a summer field. Nice spicey finish. Excellent flavourful bitter. Thanks Jens
