Sample@Copenhagen Beer Festival 2015, (29/05/2015) - dark brown coloured pour with beige head. Medium sweet malty aroma and taste, caramel, toffee, brown sugar, dried fruity and nutty, some spices on the palate, medium sweet bitter finish.

Tap@Copenhagen Beer Festival 2015, (29/05/2015) - gold yellow coloured pour with a off white head. Aroma and taste is fruity, light malty, and floral grassy hoppy, some citrus lemon notes, some citric spice, dry finish.

Bottle, 7%. clear deep golden with big off-white head. Aroma is malt, yeast, fruit, hop and notes of spices. Flavour is malt, fruit, yeast, medium sweet, caramel, notes of spices, hop, little floral, little grainy and medium bitter.

Bottle from Føtex. Creamy lightbrown good mostly lasting head. Black colour. Heavy malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Molasse and roast,. Moderate bitter ok roasted flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle @ Home. Pours dark brown with a creamy tan head. Aroma of malt, caramel, wood, sweet fruit. Flavor is rather sweet, malty, caramel, wood, berries, fruit, alcohol. Medium body, soft carbonation. sweet finish with some alcohol. 220715

75 cl bottle, shared. Near black with a dense, tanned head. Roasted aroma with dark malts, a sweet, herbal, alcohol dense note, dark, dried fruits, chocolate, caramel malts, hay and the Vestfyen yeast trademark: Dusty notes. Subtle whisky barrel and smoked notes. Taste is sweet-roasted. Full body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes lasting sweet and roasted with alcohol dense notes and dark malts. Given the modest pricetag this is a fine Porter. If this was targeted pricewise to the premium segment, this would be a disappointment.

75 cl. bottle, shared. Hazy, golden colour with a thin, white head. Fruity aroma with yeasts, lemon, honey and pale malts. Taste is lightly bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and an average carbonation. Finishes dry and fruity with yeasts and citrus. Rather easygoing Saison.

Bottle @ Home. Pours very dark brown with a fading light brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, cocoa, dark chocolate, light wood, mead, honey. Flavor is light sweet, rich malts, coffee, cocoa, dark chocolate, caramel, meadnotes, light honey, dark fruits, alcohol. Medium body, lively carbonation, light sweet finish with warming alcohol. Nice beer, specially as it is brewed at Vestfyen! 180715
