[ As Frejdahl Gudmund ].Clear medium yellow color with a small, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity, light yeasty, bread. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, fruity, pale malt, sharp, yeasty notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150529]

Bottle. Dark brown with medium beige head. Aroma is malt, caramel, bread, little toasted with notes of alcohol. Flavour is malt, caramel, medium sweet, bread, toasted, little dark fruit, hop and a little bitter.

Clear brownish copper. Small offwhite head. Malty aroma with hints of dark citrus and caramel. Flavour has fruity malt, raisins and hops with ok warming alcohol.

Hazy, very dark brown with small tan head. Roasted with smoky caramel notes. Flavour has caramel, chocolate and slightly rough, boozy kick. A little smoke comes through in the flavour later on.

Sample from bottle @ KØ15. Pours hazy light yellow, with a small creamy head. Aroma is tart with yeast, spicy hops and notes of lychee and gooseberries. Full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity yeast, with grapes, gooseberries and yuzu, as well as some tropical hoppiness. Very dry, tart finish.
