Bottled (from K Citymarket, Vaasa). Pitch black colour, huge brown head. Aroma is nuts, roasted malts, liquorice, burnt sugar, coffee and some wooden bitterness. Flavour is roasted malts, some hoppy bitterness and liquorice. A bit sweet in the aftertaste. Pleasant and wellbalanced stout.

Bottled (BB 02/2010). Dark brown color, steady creamt beige head, some lace. Toasted milky nose with odd saccarine aroma. Medium-bodied. Milky texture. Toasted malty, some sweet notes, burned caramel malts, hints of vanilla sugar. Roasted aftertaste. Smooth, but too artifical sweetened for my liking.

Bottled (BB 02/2010). Golden color, decent white head. Buttery-diacetylic nose with strong metallic aroma. Crisp carbonation. Buttery, metallic, grassy, a bit cheap hops. A bit thin, but still slightly more robust than 4.0% indicates. Plasticky oily mouthfeel in the aftertaste. Very basic Bohemian 10P pils.

Biggish offwhite shiny head. Golden body with light carbonation. Fruity honeyish earthy grassy aroma. Dry-sweetish earthy malty oranges taste with resiny grassy notes. Full-bodied. Smooth mild mouthfeel. Possibly faint alcohol heat. Dry resiny grassy oranges aftertaste. Nice, and somewhat unusual. (0.5l bottle, Pivovarsky Klub, Prague.)

Brown with a big off-white head. Brown sugar, molasses and caramel aroma. Sweet, mostly molasses flavour. Very crude lacking the elegance of better doppelbocks.

Deep amber, almost red sparkling colour with fizzy white head. Luscious, luring aroma, then when you taste it you are blitzed. Very harshly alcoholic, leave some burning cognac taste on the palate. Nevertheless there is some fruitiness in the aroma,which turns to dry hoppiness. i describe this "aggressive" beer. it’s too strong for me, i’m knocked out.

Deep mahoney-black body. Lightly brown creamy head. Aroma of sweet coffee (coffee with a lot of sugar), strong malts, some honey - too cloyingly sweet. Lightly bitter, moderately sweet flavour. Bit complex (of roasted malts and fruits), but mainly sweet. Make it a tad less sweet and I am in.

bottle, pours dark brown, nearing black...tall tan head. Port wine, cinnamon, and alcohol nose. Extremely sweet, with dark malt, syrup, mild black pepper finish. Overly sweet, but none-the-less....it’s good.

(bottle, courtesy of Quack-Duck) Cloudy orange golden colour with a big foamy white head. Dusty and moderately sweet wheat-malty aroma with notes of cob-webs, cloves and banana. Moderately sweet flavour with just a tinge of acidity, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Good wheat character with rather strong phenolic spices and a restrained banana-fruity note. Average Hefeweizen (12.III.09).

Bottle 33cl. @ home.[ Trade by Maria ]. Clear medium to dark yellow color with a average to large, frothy, excellent - good lacing, fully - mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, straw, moderate hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long to average duration, fresh and sharp. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20081123]
