Color naranja vivo, turbia, espuma cremosa de media conservación. Aroma a establo sucio. En boca es ácida, algo seca, ligera de textura pero un tanto agresiva en cuanto a sabor, literalmente sabe raro, y el punto de sal está para mí gusto bastante subido, me ha costado acabarla

Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (29A: passionfruit / base: 23G). Can 33 cl - Batch PG1023 (BB: 12/2024). AROMA: medium-high passionfruit aroma with a clean lactic sourness low intensity. faint neutral malt background. APPEARANCE: murky orange-ish color and hazy. low off-white head with low retention. TASTE: initial medium-low passionfruit notes. low malt flavor, on the neutral side. low bitterness with a dry and slightly salty finish. yeast present in the aftertaste. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low body. medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: a passionfruit gose with nice aromas but with some distracting flavors.
