Can from the local shop. Very pale yellow colour with small white head that disappears almost immediately. My first venture into Happoshu. Aroma is very slight, bit of citrus in there and not much else. Maybe a vague 'beer' smell. Taste is similar, citrussy lemon, shandy-like, slight sweetness. Very thin bodied and watery and in spite of the carbonation, the overall feeling is something quite flat in the mouth. Not right at all in that respect. It's not really totally unpleasant, just feels like a bit of a waste of time. --- Beer merged from original tick of Kirin Tanrei Green Label on 09 Sep 2019 at 16:06 - Score: Appearance - 4 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 2 | Overall - 5.
