Tap of course. Lighter iced tea colored beer. Yes, lots of birch on the nose, reminds me of going thru the forest and breaking open a really cool teaberry twig. Taste is not overly birch but its there fer sure. Birch sets in during the remainder of the session and on the finish. Good overall first time that I can remember birch beer experience.

Looks cloudy like witbier. Barely any aroma detected. Very mild. Easy going and friendly, could do a growler of this. The typical beaver backbone. Fund easy civilized. On par with many fine Belgian witbeirs, fer sure. Yummy tasty mild beer stuff. Good job Beav!

Clear and pale. Mild neutral aroma. Decent co2. Mild flavors make this an easy brew. Very mild. No hint of bitter or rude ale attributes. Goes down so easy. I liked this. This is right up my alley. When I thing of a blond ale I think of something like this. I’m so tied of hoppy style rude ales that call themselves bland infiltrating this style. Nice job Dan.

Beaver brewing started out with more mild beers but they are really catching on to the ipa scene. This probably one of their strongest personality beers to date. Quite cloudy lighter colored beer, almost muddy looking. Yes typical mosaic BO aroma, I guess that’s were the catty thing comes in. Really quite impressive. For sure it has the ipa attributes. Big and rude. Not double ipa but fer sure ipa. A white IPA this is. I don’t like ipa so ignore the numbers here. If you like white IPA its a must try.

On tap at the brewpub this is a very civilized and friendly brew. I like mild beers and this is better than kvass. Almost clear, just a tinje of something almost yeller. Very laid back but even at 4% you never know there was alky in this fine refined brew. If you like lager, this may be too mild for you. Good overall lighter beer experience, could drink a bunch of this and it may be good for you!.

Look, I know I favor hometown beers cause I’m a homy but this stuff is pretty good. You know there are so many overly punky spiced beers that its nice to get a beer that actually focuses on the pumpkin! Nice job. One of the better, more civilized pumpkin beers I’ve had in a long time. Never in yer face, just good mild beer with pumpkin.

Overall this was a quite disappointing brew. Since I like tart wild beers and this has very little if any tartness, I was fooled by the description. Not sure if it is really a wild brew or not. It doesn’t even have the mild attributes of beaver’s kvass either. Perhaps I got the wrong tap? This pour was more like a bitter APA. A little sweet and lavender is a bit overriding here. Yes, a little disappointed fer sure.

IPA smell with a little BO. Cloudy pale color. Taste is not bad considering my dislike for IPA. Beaver’s IPA are not too oppressive but they are getting there.

Can’t taste much ginger in this and the smell is typical beaver dirty dishwater. Perhaps it needs a little more manners. Not over the top but not sure what the ginger is all about.

On the Harley tour of spring 15. One of the better rye beers I’ve had. This is never in yer face, despite the description. Yes, its easy a d civilized and fun to drink. no hints of IPA in this brew, go figger. Mild leathery background. No rye detected at first but it does tend to settle in at the finish. Rye pokes its dirty little head up in the end fer sure. I like this mello laid back rye brew for a change, easily hides its 5%.
