On the Harley spring tour of 15. Looks like cloudy lighter colored ice tea. Very quaffable. Arome is neutral Tastes like many ather beaver beers, easy and fun, with very little aky impact. Laid back and easy fer sure. Quite refreshing actually. Nice well behaved civilized drink. Surprizingly mild for an ale.

On tap during the spring Harley tour of 15. Cloudy and lighter than iced tea. easy going with a mild sweet aroma. Just a tad of acceptable beer bitterness. Most may not detect it. Mild and fun. Not much co2. Like able as with most beaver beers. Could drink a few of these.

On the Harley spring tour of 15. As with any beaver brew this is easy and fun, their beers are never purposefully over the top. Couldy vanilla color. Mild easy going saison fer sure, enjoyable without and phenolic attributes. Yes, not bad, civilized and I like that. Easy and friendly all over. One of the better saisons I’ve had in a while. This is what I think about when I hear the word saison: friendly easy fun nice and civilized farm ale. Hides its alky well, good job. Cannot detect any pear in this, must be fermented out.

A darker hefe brew. Some banana on the nose. Smell is typical spiced hefe. Quite cloudy, in a muddy kind of way. Spices are there but its not overdone. Having a hard time picking out any true banana but lots there. Decent co2. but almost flat. Not overpowering but those spices are definitely in there perhaps more personality that I come to expect with this brewpub.

On tap at the brewpub. This beer cannot be an IP, its way to well mannered. If it’s over 7% I’ll shit my pants. It hides the alky sooooo well.l A darker than most IPA beers. Has a slight aroma of BO but its in a friendly way. Yes, there is a building IPA feel to this one but it never gets to full blown IPA personality.Mpre like a stronger APA, if that. Yes, quite mild in MHO, but that’s what Beaver brewing is all about. If this is an IPA, its one of the better ones I’ve had. Very friendly to this lager lover’s taste buds.

Cloudy and vanilla colored. I know it says hopped but you’d swear there’s none in there. Very mild, almost watery in nature. Not real sour, you’ll be disappointed if you’re looking for a real sour beer. Yes, watery in body but all that aside, I really loved this beer. I could drink a big growler of this. Lovely, easy going feel all-round.

On tap at the brewpub. Smells slightly wild. Some salt in there greets the palate fer sure but its just barely there lurking in the background. Very good carbonation on this one makes it fun on the tongue. Quite yummy indeed. Goes down way too easy. Tho wild in nature, pleasant overall, none of the real sour attributes that burn the tongue. Rather light in feel overall. Yes, a very good beer drinken experience. Nicely done.

BIG & BLACK! Not much in the smell arena. Smells like any old stout. Taste however is peanut fer sure, cannot mistake. A little choco in there too. Yes, a little personality than the typical version but still could use some big peanut or choco kick in the but. Barely any co2 overall. Perhaps a little disappointed.

Looks like iced tea. Has a slight roasted aroma if that’s possible, who knows? Good body without ever getting in yer face. Leaves a little bit of leather on yer palate. Decent enough of a personality. Just makes sure yer drinken stronger beer and that’s it.

Look, I don’t care for IPA or rye but if I had to drink one, I guess I could stomach this stuff. Good looking brown pale hazy ale. Yes, mild rye flavors. Has an IPA backbone. Floral aroma of modern hops but no BO, good job. Flavor builds and there is some attractive see thru lacing on the glass. Builds in personality thru the session. Second glass; Probably the most personality of any Beaver I’ve had. Yes, quite rude for this brewpub. A strong APA rye thing kicks in towards the end, you know yer drinken beer. Look, I don’t care for IPA but if I had to drink one, this may be it.
