I have bought this beer at Frastanz, in august 2024. Best before 11/24, sharing this bottle with Juan-Carlos, yesterday, at Epalinges. A classical keller/helles, really smooth, yeasty, malty, a bit fruity and watery with a classical bitterness.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a thick, black with a smallish, rough light brown head. Leaves curtain in the glass. Sweet roast aroma with chocolate, vanilla and molasses. Rich, sweet body with more of the above, perhaps a bit more roasty now. But smooth and very drinkable with a warming finish. 091025

33cl bottle from Denns BioMarkt in K2 Shopping Kittsee. Head is big, tan, good retention. Colour is amber to coppery, semi-opaque. Aroma is orange, citrus, roasted onion effect, bit caramel, spicy touch. Taste is medium malty base, grapefruit, caramel, tropical fruits, pine resin, medium carbonation, quite simple yet nice for the style, enjoyed.

Very good, dense yellow head, stable, over finely carbonated clear amber beer. Exotic fruit, passion fruit, citrus(peel), lychee, rosewater, caramel, fine green leaves. Herbs as parsley, cilandro, on top of caramelly fruitesters; with grape, grapefruit, lychee, bitter melon. Also some earthy notes, peppery. Hopoil galore, and a quite bitter edge overlying sugars. Very (hopoil)slick, oily, viscous. Medium bodied, creamy by the impossibly stable head - some iron? The AAA moniker is somewhat cheap, but the quality certainly is A+. Purchased at the brewpub

"Urban-Keller" nowhere on the label Very good, dense, yellowish head, very regular over hazy foxy amber beer, some lace. Sweet malts, somewhat weyish, faintly leaves, laurel. Again leafy, but with some dry bitterness, balanced by both sourish CO² and some (sweeter) malts. Fresh herbs, very young hazelnuts. Light body, quite spritzy. Nice, but I miss something as Maillard or caramelisation from the stones. Purchased at the brewpub in Elsenwang.
