An orange beer with a nice light orange head. The aroma is light - what is there is grassy hoppy, while the flavor is slightly acidic from the hops, and with a dry end. The notes in the aroma promises much more than the flavor gives.

An orange beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is lovely sweet with notes of hops and fruits. The flavor is sweet with a good hop presence, but also notes of caramel and hints of citrus from the hops, leading to a dry end.

Purchased at Wine Warehouse, Charlottesville, bottle. Cloudy brown with a small white head. Slight aroma of vinegar/barnyard and hops. Slight toffee as well. Lightly bitter in the mouth with a pleasant coffee/toffee flavor. Slightly creamy, yet watery in the mouth. Iād give it a 4 in the category, but it does finish thinish.

Beautiful amber color. Very nice aroma, malty and fruity, with some hops. Reasonable body structure, malty. Quite hoppy (good English hops) but a touch of sourness, probably a light infection.

(Bottle 50 cl) Unclear - unclean - with floating, yeasty impurities and a gigantic head that simply continues to float out of the bottle for several minutes. Lovely fruity nose. Rather light body, somewhat flat. Weak notes of nuts and plenty of fruit. Vague citrusy tartness and a short bitterness. Absolutely drinkable. 231205

Pour is a murky brown with a medium white head. Aroma is hoppy and a wine or vinegary smell. Flavor starts out sweet but then the tart fruityness hits you. After a few sips the beer actually gets more tart and sour. An ok brew overall, it has it bad and good qualities. A very bitter, bitter!

[At GBBF 2005] An orange beer with no head. The aroma is sweet with notes of alcohol, malt, and caramel - Iām very surprised at the alcohol notes at such a low ABV beer. The flavor is sweet malty again with notes of caramel and hints of alchol, but also a good presence of aroma hops.

A bubbly deep red beer with a thin light brown head. The aroma is strong with notes of berries - tending to be over ripe, with that special sweetness to them combined with notes of wood, apples, and yeast. The flavor is sweet, but not as complex as the aroma, it contains notes of berries, and wood, as well as a hint of spice, and with a very smooth woody finish - almost hints of smoke.
