Thanks yantarcoast for noticing. Canned at 8.0% ABV. Clear gold, small and short-lived white head. Aroma: malts, esters, light alcohol. Inoffensive. Light to medium body. Average carbonation. Taste: clean. Malts, fruit. Well-hidden alcohol. So is the hop. Generally: not the worst within the style.

0,33 l bottle. 8% ABV version. Pours clear golden yellow with small, quickly dissipating off white head. Aroma is full of sweet alcohol, brandy like and light caramel, some corn. Taste is medium to heavy sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, mouthfeel slick and carbonation average. Finish is medium sweet which slowly fades to mild alcoholic bitterness. Poor, can't hide alcohol and corn...

Clear pale golden colour, small fizzy white head, mostly diminishing, minimal lacing. Aroma sweet malts, corn, cooked vegetables, caramel. Flavour medium sweet, paper, metallic. Light body, watery texture, flat carbonation, something to forget.

500ml can. Pours a clear gold with a medium, fizzy, short lived, white head that leaves spotty lacing. Grainy malt aroma with rice, corn, metal and alcohol. Sweet malty flavour of corn, rice and burning alcohol in a metallic finish. Medium body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Not good, more of a Malt Liquor.

Bottle from the Thai supermarket in Prenton. Appearance - amber brown with a quickly disappearing head. Nose - caramel biscuits. Taste - more caramel biscuits with light rye spice. Palate - medium bodied with a sweet crunchy middle section. The finish is a touch sweet. Overall - this is more like a doppelbock.

Clear golden coloured body with a pure white head. Aroma of cardboard with some grassy touches and almost nothing else. Light-bodied; Strong malty and metallic flavour with water a touch of funky cardboard. Aftertaste is just as bland with not much going on as well, only showing some subdued grain and a touch of grass with some super mellow sweetness as well from caster sugars. Overall, a pretty poor beer of course and showing some mellow flavours, water and funky notes. Nothing worth trying, unless you are trying to cool down a tiny bit on the streets of Hong Kong and can’t find anything else that you haven’t had in the stores here. I sampled this 500 mL KING Can purchased from Wellcome Supermarket in Tsim Sha Tsui on 30-July-2017 for HK$9,50 sampled on the Star Ferry going back to Central Hong Kong [island] on 30-July-2017.
