Bottle, from trade with Papsoe. It pours a clear, pale golden body under a small, white head. Grainy and fruity nose with some notes of butterscotch. Hoppy background, decent but uninteresting. There’s some hops in the flavor too, else it’s a fruity and grainy beer with a hint of butterscotch. Some bitterness in the end. A decent beer, sort of, nothing more. 091120

darker yellow colour with just a bit of very unattractive looking head. Aroma is of tin and alcohol with just a hint of syrup. Taste is very bland and watery lager stuff - some grains and that’s about it. There’s just nothing going on in this one.

Bottle that I’m drinking at Graham and Isobel’s (Loz’s parents) 12-12-09 Pours gold white head, busy on the carbonation front. Typical crappy lager that is corny, metallic, thin watery and with a plasticy sweetness at the end, in a word poor. A4 A3 F3 P2 Ov7 1.9

Golden with a small white head. Strong vegetable DMS aroma, with a little grain sweetness, and a fruity touch. Behind the DMS there is something not so bad. Sweet and grainy flavour, you can actually taste the rice. The finish is slightly bitter and it could be much worse.
