Bottle at Deans Winter Shelter Tasting. Poured a clear light amber with a huge frothy white head. The aroma is big malt with a weak bitter flavour and an all malt palate.

Sampled from bottle @ Deans Winter Shelter Tasting. Clear golden color, small white head. Not a lot of aroma. Taste is pretty faint as well. Maybe slightly malts and hay. One of so many.

330ml bottle at home. Pours clear yellow gold, with a thin short-lived head. Aromas of grains, rice and barley, alongside a cooked vegetable note. Taste has a light sweetness followed by an astringent bitterness. Not very good.

Bottle at home in London - picked up at Drinkers’ Paradise. This is the version of the beer brewed at Shepherd Neame. Pours crystal clear yellow with a slight, filmy white head. Very faint papery cereal aroma. Light sweet flavor, some straw, paper, cereal, dry dough. Light bodied with average carbonation. Crisp, lightly sweet finish, more dry doughy cereal malts, hints of straw. Pretty standard pale lager. Came in a brown bottle, so points there.
