Faint hay aroma. Yellow color, no head. Very little flavor. It’s simply a waste of time.

Canned(350ml). -Clear golden coloured, minimal white head, malty nose. The aroma is weak malty, slight hoppy and faint fruity with rather bitter finish. Very industrial.

Clear. Very active head. Decent aroma. Green apples, slightly bitter, sweet. Thin, well-carbonated body. Flavor is green apple, slightly fruity bitterness, and a lingering dry apple finish. Meh, it’s interesting, but sorta just there.

Can. Brick red in color with a medium, off-white head. Roasted malts, a little coffee, and chocolate. Thin body with a healthy amount of carbonation. Sweet, malty, roasted, and slight molasses. Solid, but it’s definitly from Asahi.

Canned: Brewed in Czech Republic! A bit pale looking. Very fresh, neutral aroma. Flavour is a mildly dry and hoppy. Quite high carbonation. Overall it’s quite plain but nevertheless very fresh, clean and easy to drink.

Clear yellow body under a filmy layer. Lack of aroma and flavour except for notes of malt and some oily hints. Very thin mouthfeel (Bottle at a drinking session in Tromsø, 06.09.2007).

Medium white head. Yellow body. Light malty aroma with papery, rubbery notes with hints of hops. Dry, rubbery malty taste with grainy notes. Chalky mouthfeel. Dry grassy metallic hoppy notes. If this is the taste of mere luxury, I aim for decadence, at least. But not bad. (0.35l can from a grocery store in Tokyo.)

Medium offwhite head. Yellow body with light carbonation. Dense, firm malty aroma with hoppy notes. Dry grassy malty straw taste with some darker notes. No obvious aftertaste, maybe a bit drier and grassier. Clean, clear mouthfeel. Well balanced, with a bit of taste. Quite nice. (0.35l can from some Tokyo grocery store.)

Yellow, with a large, active head. Aroma is sweet malts, burnt rubber, and little else. Run of the mill mass produced lager taste, with a burnt rubber aftertaste. Another can ’o swill.
