12oz can from Khan. Thanks buddy. Pours a clear pale gold with a half finger of white head. Aroma of light grassy hops and some straw. Taste is light bitter. A little hoppy and a little hint of skunk. Light bodied with a thin texture. Fizzy carbonation and not much of a finish. Overall, not that bad. Much better than most MBCs I’ve had.

OK, so a pale lager called imperial, weird. a beer called imperial at 4.5%. Fading creamy head. Smell at fist was a little sulfur. Seems to be much more than 5% on the taste buds. Was actually anticipating something much more lagerlike. Somewhat dissapointing for a lager lover.

Golden with a lasting white head. Dusty grain aroma with a herbal hop note and a bit of DMS. Sweet grainy flavour with a dusty touch and a decent hoppy finish - for a tropical lager at least

pours light yellow with a thin white head. Aroma is pale grains, crackers and corn. Flavor is malt liquor like with lots of sweet corn and pale malts, little to no hop character and a little sour citrus in the finish.

Can from Sandy O. "La Cerveza Rubia". 5.1% Pours gold with a transient white head. It smells bready and herby. Med body. It is bready, and it’s sort of smooth herb/veg. Definitely on the dry side. But hop flavor?

Can from Sandy O. Pours pale gold with a fizzy white head. Aroma is just bready. Flavor is bready with a little bit of noble hop to spin it along. A hint of citrus in the finish. Probably just the thing to wash down food.

Deeper yellow with minimal white head. Lots of grainy cereal. This was very drinkable and my second favourite in Costa Rica after Imperial.
