Cask at Peterborough Beer Fest. Clear golden. Phenolic and plastic. Medium sweet with strange, slick mouthfeel. Chemical finish sets in early, featuring burnt plastic. A quite unpleasant experience I’m afraid.

Cask (handpump) @ Wellington, B2, Birmingham. Clear light orange color with a small, fizzy, virtually none, off-white head. Aroma is moderate hoppy, citrus. Flavor is light to moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long to average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat.

Cask at the Brunswick Arms, Derby. Reddish brown with a trace of white head; fresh aroma of wet grass; creamy body with some fruit; and a long, growing bitter finish. Excellent.
