Medium gold with a slight orange tint. Nice, fine head. Cloudy. Fresh, fruity aroma of yeast and malt mainly. Much like a Belgian blonde. Lots of yeast. A fruity blond beer with darn good hopping. Flavor is a touch sweet, fruity with a bit of citrus, and some spice. Finish of malt and hops, lasting fairly long. Not very original, but a well-balanced, well-hopped blonde ale. I like it a lot.

Cloudy golden color, tons of bubbles. Light head which quickly disappeared. Malt aroma with lots of yeast, fruit and a bit of spice (coriander). Flavor of malt, barnyard, and decent hops as well. Not very sweet, but just a touch. Good balance. Flavor of malt and a bit of hops. Apple or pear as well. Highly carbonated. Pretty decent beer, refreshing, though not extremely exciting.

Deep amber color, nice white head. Lacy and appealing. Slightly earthy malt aroma, some dried fruit, berries, and a touch of caramel. Roasty amber malt flavor. Very malty, with chocolate and cookies, though not overly sweet. Rather dry, with a decent roasted finish and good hops and just a touch of fruit. Lacks malt depth. Not overly unbalanced, buit something is missing. OK, but a little too dry and dull.

Light amber, orange color. Nice fine head. Good lacing all the way down. Amber malt aroma, earthy, farmland, yeast. Nutty as well, with a touch of chocolate. Also fruits-apple, maybe pear? Good malt flavor, earthy, grassy biere de garde flavor. Some fruit and a touch of citrus as well. Good hop finish. This might have slightly better hops, though. Very dry and also refreshing. The alcohol is also noticeable, with a warming sense in the mouth. Great balance and good body as well, heavily carbonated.

Deep yellow with a slight orange tint. Good head, though fading quickly. Aroma mainly citrus. Seems to have a lot of hops in there, too. A good bit of yeast, and malt. Slightly herbal. Flavor dominated by malt. Typical biere de garde earthiness as well. Nice hopping though, and a nice touch of sweetness. A touch of sour, citrus flavor, maybe some apricot? Slightly nutty and very malty. Good bitter finish. Not extremely strong and long-lasting, but reasonable. Fruitiness also lingers. I really like this refreshing beer. Light, highly carbonated, easy to drink. Very nicely balanced.

Dark golden color, nice head. Sourish, bitter aroma, seems to have good hopping. Fruity, hints of citrus. Rather complex flavor. Fruity and hoppy, with a very original and interesting malt / grain character. Finish is very malty and nutty, although not in the usual barley only sense, then comes a long-lasting hop finish. I like this beer a lot. Like nothing else I have ever tasted. The 7 grains come out best in the mid-palate and finish; strong and interesting.

Bottle, shared by HenrikSoegaard. A clear, golden beer topped by a two-finger white head. Fruity nose with yeasty hints, nicely hopped, and with a malty background. The flavor presents a fine blend of pale malt and fruityness, with some bitterness chiming in towards the end. Quite dry in the mouth, medium body and pleasant carbonation. A really quaffable one, and quite tasteful too. 090821

Appearance is a foggy yellow-gold with a small head on top. Aroma is quite complex - lots of stuff happening here, with coriander, various grains, some alcohol. Has a very heavy taste of wood, and of course grains - barley, wheat, malts, combined quite expertly into something unique, and also strong. Great mouthfeel. Great beer, unique, something to remember.
