bottle, village de la bière Strasbourg France. Cloudy orange-brown colour, large off-white head. Fruity-grainy nose with some dusty hops. Rather mild and light for the strength. Malty with very grainy accents, spicy hops, dusty hints and some tropcial fruit.

Bottle from La Cave à Bulles. Hazy orange gold color with a decent white head. Aromas of citrus, coriander, and I think clove. Medium body with frothy carbonation. Coriander seems dominant. A very strongly flavored wit. Zest is most noticeable in the finish. This ain’t your average Hoegaarden! Lots of flavor.

Bottle from La Cave à Bulles. Hazy orange gold color with a large, fine white head. Aromas of citrus and fleshy light fruits. Medium body with frothy carbonation. It’s a little bitter with citrus and likely coriander. It’s both fruity and floral. Finishes decently bitter. Strongly flavored for a blonde. A joy to drink.

Bottle. An orange-golden beer with a creamy, beige head. Milky, dusty, slightly citrusy nose with bakers yeast in the back. Caramel and some hops in the mouth, quite tasteful even though it bears the same symptoms of infection as the aroma. Medium body, quite effervescent. Even though it is going bad, it is a quite nice beer, but nothing special. (081003)
