75 cL bottle. Pours hazy dark orange with a small white head. Aroma is malty, roasted and wineous. Acetic to wineous fruity, Acidic and lingering fruity into a medium dry and smooth finish. Slight acetic and dry finish.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of vinegar, brettanomyces, wood, and berries. The flavor is acidic with notes of vinegar, sour berries, wood, and brettanomyces, leading to a tart finish.

cloudy orange, no head. very nice sour and slightly bitter fruity aroma, wood. flavor is sourish, clean, wood , faint fruits. notes of grapefruit, fruit peel. very nice.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of bu11zeye. Pours a cloudy amber with some floaties and a small off-white head. Tart nose, yet with some woody vanilla-like sweetness. Medium body, some caramel and wood, again these vanilla notes, tart and bretty. Amazing and quenching sourness in the finish - astringent. 290311

Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a pale golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity woody sour funky vanilla aroma. Fruity sour funky woody flavor. Has a fruity malty woody sour funky finish.

Bottle. Amber-orangecolour with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, fruit, spices, malt. Flavour is sweet, fruit, spices, apple, alcohol, berries, acid, milky sour, peaches, caramel. Full bodied nice beer.

Bottle shared at ACBS courtesy of Steptin. Cheers James! Opaque black beer, good thick tan head. Malty coffee nose. Light palate - soft and semi dry. Dark malt, splash of minerals. Lots of rich coffee - somewhat bitter. Mild alcohol heat in the finish which also reveals a trace of red fruit.

Appearance: Pours dark brown, almost black, with a medium sized beige head and some lacing
Aroma: Roasted coffee beans, smokey and chocolate
Taste: Toasted malts, rich roasted coffee, grainy, ashy with a hint of chocolate
Very nice, smooth and enjoyable

Bottle thanks to Steptin at ACBF ’11. Black colour with lasting tan head. Coffee aroma. Touch of alcohol heat in the mouth. Very dark roasted flsbour both of malts and dark fruits. Ok
