Cloudy amber color. Horrible herbal aroma, with cinnamon, and cleaning products; just what I hate. Medium body strength, some sweet malt hidden by strong vegetables and yeast off-flavor, herbal too. Confused and bad.

Cloudy light amber color. Light arma, some fruits and then yeast. Medium malt backbone, fruity hopping (quite nice indeed), but also still too much yeast presence; the final is a bit harsh because of the yeast, but it’s quite strong and fruity too. If it were a bit more controlled, it would be a better beer.

Tasting at Papsø’s, with gentiane
Cloudy blond color. Dusty soil aroma, very light fruitness. Weak body, shy malt flavor, with bitterness without qualities that can be either over boiled hop or the gentiane. Forgettable.

Black color; huge frothy head (too much carbonation). The aroma is quite yeasty, and with some roasted malt. Roasted malt flavor, quite dry mouthfeel, with a background of liquorice, not too strong; correct bitterness; but in these conditions the yeast appears too much. Somebody else may like it...

Dirty dark brown color (cloudy) with small head. Some aroma of roasted malt and cheese. Round mouthfeel; caramel and chocolate flavor; luckily the liquorice is very subdued, actually it blends well in this beer; the carbonation is too low; the bitterness is low as well, and there is some residual sugar. Average,
