Can. Deep gold colour, with a head that dissipates fairly quickly. There's a fair bit of bready malt on the aroma, maybe a bit of acetaldehyde but it's light. On the palate, it's similar. That little bit of extra bready malt to highlight the style, but again a sort of tartness that speaks to more industrial production. Good enough as industrial lagers go.

On tap at Craft Beer Oasis, Crewe. Pours a lemon yellow with a small white head and good lacing. The nose has grains and malt – plus hints of boiled vegetables (!). In the mouth it has a juicy texture with low carbonation. Flavour starts off as simply bread rolls, but later on there are some herbs and spices to be found. This is what lager should taste like !

Fles thuis geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een helder goudgeel bier met een wit schuim. Het heeft een moutige wat hoppige geur. De smaak is moutig, fris citrus achtig met een wat hoppige afdronk.
