Hazy bright red, thin, off-white head. Aroma of raspberry jam, redcurrant, yoghurt, lemon peel, sourdough. Taste has sour raspberry coulis & berries, lactic acid note out of a yoghurty maltiness. Tart finish with acidic red fruits, some lemon and retronasal bread. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Above-average fruited Sour.

Hazy ochre, stable, foamy, off-white head. Aroma of fresh peach, tangerine, melon, white grape, pine, pepper, herbs. Taste has sweet peach & grape, soft citrusy sourness, herbs & spices in the middle of a doughy malt body. Floral & piney hoppy finish with bitter tangerine pith, spices and juicy stonefruit. Medium body, creamy texture, average carbonation. Very well balanced Hazy, and extremely fresh. Nice!

Tap@Fermentoren, Copenhagen (08/07/2022) - New brewery ✅ hazy golden yellow with a white head. Citrus and tropical fruity medley delivered here, juicy tangerine and grapefruit, some peachy and apricot notes, sweet malty backbone, bitter edged hoppy finish. Nice first impression.
