Description
We are an independent craft brewer specialised in brewing lager. Born in London in 1995, we have since moved to Abbots Bromley in rural Staffordshire. Relocating has allowed us to use a better quality of water direct from our very own private source. The move also provided us with the space we need to recycle all our waste water on site via a natural reed bed system. All the beers we brew are naturally carbonated, unpasteurised and vegan friendly. Our brewing process blends the use of modern technology and sophisticated equipment with the care and dedication of our experienced team of "hands on" brewers to ensure all our beers are well balanced and consistent in quality.

Can thanks to Our Kid. Pours clear pale gold with a thin white head. Aromas of white grape as promised, light lemon and grassy hops, faint biscuit. Taste has some malt up front, then a good fruity middle and a bitter finish. Nice.

On tap at Exeter Arms, Derby. Pours a golden yellow with a small white head. Plenty of sweetcorn in the aroma. In the mouth it is sweet and watery, with grass and grains for flavouring. It has a high carbonation, and is very refreshing. A decent enough lager.

Large foamy white head on a well carbonated pale gold body. Bitter, grain & bread aroma. Medium bodied, tingly with a harshly effervescent back. Bitter, grain, cereal, grassy & pithy tastes. A bit harsh.

33cl bottle from the brewery. Medium white head. Clear golden pour. A very average pilsner. Why not brew something more interesting?
