Description
We are an independent craft brewer specialised in brewing lager. Born in London in 1995, we have since moved to Abbots Bromley in rural Staffordshire. Relocating has allowed us to use a better quality of water direct from our very own private source. The move also provided us with the space we need to recycle all our waste water on site via a natural reed bed system. All the beers we brew are naturally carbonated, unpasteurised and vegan friendly. Our brewing process blends the use of modern technology and sophisticated equipment with the care and dedication of our experienced team of "hands on" brewers to ensure all our beers are well balanced and consistent in quality.

[33cl can from Lidl, Crowthorne.] A bright amber pour with a loose white head; malty aroma with a touch of wine must; crisp malty taste with a little citrus and some bitter herbs; then some sharp grapefruit to finish.

Can from Lidl, High Wycombe. Attractive deep gold colour with a lasting white head. Looks quite fizzy visually, but in the mouth it's actually nice and smooth with a pleasingly gentle fizz. The taste is harshly bitter from the off. There's some flavour behind the bitterness - maybe pepper, caramel and some green fruit like gooseberry or kiwi - but it's difficult to grasp it because the bitterness just over-rides everything. Very disappointing - seems they've ruined some of my favourite hops here by using them for bittering rather than aroma. To summarise - nice looks and mouthfeel, but everything else is terrible.

Can from Lidl Supermarket, Salford. Golden with a small head. Feels more like a lager in the palate than a pale ale, certainly in terms of texture and taste, and aroma too. Quite a hoppy brew there are pale ale element to be found.

440ml can from my local Lidl; BB 27th June 2023. Drank at my parents in Devon on 19th October 2022. Golden body, white head. Tropical fruit nose, citrusy flavours in the taste, grapefruit and oranges being the main players.

330ml can from Lidl. Clear gold in colour, with a tight, white, head and slight carbonation. Sweetish malty aroma, with a touch of fruit. Flavour was muted, with crisp malts, a peppery edge, ripe fruits. Finish was rather dryish. So so.

Fra fat på legendariske Hole In the Wall (her har lite og ingenting blitt forandret siden jeg frekventerte denne midt på 80-tallet, til og med røyklukta sitter igjen!), med Egil: klar gylden med fint skum som varer. Kraftig furunål, hvit pepper, noen grønne druer og brennenesle, men mest pepper. Ubalansert. Maltsmaken er svært tilbaketrukket, nærmest blyg.
