Description
We are an independent craft brewer specialised in brewing lager. Born in London in 1995, we have since moved to Abbots Bromley in rural Staffordshire. Relocating has allowed us to use a better quality of water direct from our very own private source. The move also provided us with the space we need to recycle all our waste water on site via a natural reed bed system. All the beers we brew are naturally carbonated, unpasteurised and vegan friendly. Our brewing process blends the use of modern technology and sophisticated equipment with the care and dedication of our experienced team of "hands on" brewers to ensure all our beers are well balanced and consistent in quality.

Can from Flavourly pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of light white grape and peach. Taste is light fruit, light spice. Thin finish.

Pale golden, white head. Aroma of grain and citrus. Taste is grassy, quite dry and bitter.

Draft, half pint. @Post Office Vaults, Birmingham (UK). 18/02/2023 [#5.986 Global - #748 England - #1 Freedom Brewery (My English brewery #244)] Pours clear golden with a lively frothy white head. Aroma: dough, grass and biscuity malts. Taste: malty and bready leading to a mild cheesy finish. Next one please!

21/1/2023. Can shared at the first ITFC 2023 beer share. From Flavourly.com. Pours clear very pale gold with a frothy off-white head. Aroma of citrus, lemon, grass, herb. Moderate sweetness, quite heavy metallic bitterness. Light body, watery, average carbonation. Quite refreshing but not amazing.
