Clear pale yellow beer (that's not deep golden!), big solid creamy white head, stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: spicy, coriander, fruity, grassy, hay, dusty impression. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: very metallic, grains, pretty bitter, surprisingly. Aftertaste: more metallic, bitter and unpleasant. Well, I suppose most people visiting the pilgrimage are way beyond the point of tasting much subtleties anyway, so I guess they won't mind. I do, though.

33cl bottle. Pours almost clear deep amber colour with a mid-sized most good lasting beige head. Aroma of red malt, ripe red fruits, nuts. Taste of ripe red fruits, strong body, nuts, red malt.

33cl bottle. Pours slightly hazy deep golden colour with a huge most good lasting white head. Aroma of pale sweet malt, straw. Taste of sweet pale malt, very grainy, dry, nothing special.

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy and yeasty aroma. Moderate bitter nice flavor. Strong fruity esters. Long moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate. Nice tripel.

Fles gedeeld @Benzai’s Carnaval Tasting. oranje met licht witte kraag die vrij snel verdwijnt. aroma van sinaasappel, koriander, alcohol, gist. smaken zijn redelijk zoet, zwak bitter, redelijk fruitig, Belgische gist, redelijk kruidig, matige body met kruidige afdronk.
