Description

9/X/13 - 75cl bottle @ Tom & Mieke's place - BB: 22/XII/14 (2013-938) Thanks to Dirk and Marleen for fetching me the bottle!

GUSHER ALERT!!! Little cloudy dark brown beer, aery beige head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: sourish, overripe fruits, (balsamic) vinegar, caramel, some dried fruits. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sugary, dried fruits, some caramel, pretty harsh bitterness, mocha, sweet notes. Aftertaste: little bitter, caramel, dried fruits, overripe banana, other fruits, chocolate, little soapy, prunes, bit dirty, infected? If so, then this beer must be awesome when non infected, because it's pretty rich and complex, but it's spoiled by some nasty flavours that shouldn't be in beer.
