Bottle at the hotel in Vienna. Pours clear yellow-gold with a small, foamy white head. Cereal and straw in the nose, slight vegetal notes. Light to medium sweet flavour, some crispy cereal, light hay. Medium bodied with average, effervescent carbonation. Sweet finish, faintly metallic, some cereal, light bitter hay. Very basic, somewhat cheap-tasting.

Huge thanks to Erzengel for sharing! Bottle looks simple. Beer in the glass with a small head. Starts mild, malty, modest dry. More and more bitter hoppy notes, metallical background. Finish could be more balanced. Okay.

Tall 500ml can from a supermarket in Cochem, drank at home on 21st October 2022. I thought it a lot better than I expected. Bright golden body, large but quickly fading white crown. Malty and sweet with a slight hop bitterness. Like most beers of this style, it's not got much actually going on, nothing exciting or different, it's a Kölsch!
