Sampled from 0.5 l bottle from local 'Netto', best before May 2018. Clear, dark brownish red with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, light beige head. Sweetish, slightly malty and a bit grassy-spicy aroma of caramel, nuts and some straw. Moderately sweet, slightly bitter, a bit malty, slightly grassy-spicy and minimally roasty taste of caramel, nuts and straw, followed by a short, moderately bitter, quite dry, slightly grassy-spicy and moderately roasty finish with some metallic notes. Medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Not that great, pretty bland overall.

Sampled from 0.33 l bottle from local ’trinkgut’, best before January 2018. Clear, very dark red with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, off-white head. Sweetish, a little sourish, sugary aroma of cola and some caramel. Very sweet, minimally sourish, sugary taste of cola, some caramel and hints of cardboard, followed by a short, minimally bitter, a little tart finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay although no beer at all, definitely drinkable, the super low ratings surprise me a bit.
