Bottle at a tasting with buddies Cuso, Rubin77, Wendigo. Rather fruity, with a bit of roasty astringency. But the roast itself is rather restrained, overall not my favourite piece of Guinness. Drinkable, but average.

Bottle at a tasting with buddies Cuso, Rubin77, Wendigo. Full of off-flavours. Corny, DMS, metallic, astringently grainy. Not very tasty, actually quite bad.

330ml bottle. Pours clear gold, small white head. Aroma seems corn and chlorine-lead. Taste is fairly sweet, corn-syrup, cardboard.. a little sticky, lacks a nice crisp edge. Like all of these obscure island lagers, I imagine it would be more quenching on a sunny beach than rainy England.

330ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pale golden colour, white foam head and malty grainy aroma. Taste is malt, corn grain, sweetish, with earthy grassy bitterness. Light bodied, high carbonation, semi-dry grassy bitter finish. Another bland pale lager, kind of OK cold.
